Surge Protector Receptacles
The surge protected outlets provide peace of mind protection for your most expensive electronics against damaging power surges and transient voltage. Equipped with a high level of protection capable of stopping surges from occurrences such as lighting storms, spikes from the utility company, or when large appliances like air conditioners and refrigerator motors simultaneously turn on/off. The LED indicators will indicate the current status of the receptacle’s protection and grounding.

DESCRIPTION
The DWGSR-20D Tamper-Resistant Receptacle is our industry's first Surger Protector Receptacle with Grounding Indicator. 

The Protected light(GREEN) should be ON when the power switch is turned ON. 

If this light gose out at any time, it means that your Surge Protector was sacrificed to protect your equipment and should be replaced. 

The Not Grounded light(RED) should not be ON. If this light turns ON, 

you may have a ground-wiring problem in your home and you should contact an electrician to properly ground the outlet.
